Christopher Brown

Christopher Brown is the Managing Director & CEO of national lobby group, TTF Australia. A private organization, TTF comprises the CEO's of the 200 major institutions involved in the national transport, tourism and infrastructure sectors.
He was involved in the bid and industry liaison for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, was Olympic Attaché for Botswana and served as a National Ambassador for the 2000 Paralympics. He has also acted as an International Lecturer for the US Democratic Party in its democracy building campaigns in Africa and Asia and as an Ambassador for the Australian Republican Movement.

Christopher Brown is a Member of the Tourism Forecasting Council, the Indigenous Tourism Leadership Group, the Prime Minister's Disability Access Group, and the Lord Mayor's Development Advisory Panel. He represents the private sector on the Board of the national domestic tourism initiative, See Australia, and acts as Convener of the National Wine Tourism Export Forum and the National Infrastructure Reference Group.

He is currently a Vice-President of the UN-affiliated World Tourism Organization (Business Council) and sits on the WTO's Global Recovery Committee. TTF is also a regional representative for the World Travel & Tourism Council.
