09.00 hrs - 13.00 hrs

Half day sightseeing tour of Delhi followed by a shopping trip.

You will be taken for an orientation drive along the ceremonial avenue of New Delhi, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, President's Residence and the Diplomatic area. Time will be available for photo stops.

Thereafter, you will be given an opportunity to do some shopping. India is renowned for its textiles, silver ware and handicrafts. Carpets, saris, jewellery and shawls are a treat to behold.

Cooking demonstration
A feast for all the senses! The hotel chefs will create spicy, aromatic and colourful Indian delights for you to savour at the Westview Restaurant at ITC Hotel Maurya Sheraton & Towers.

The hotel is proud to have its celebrity chef Sultan display some of his cooking skills .Chef Sultan has been awarded the Chef of the year and is the first Indian chef of international fame .With over 25 years of research into the depths of Indian cuisine today, he is the personal favourite of the likes of H. E. Mr. Bill Clinton, H E. Mr. Vladimir Putin, Mr Bill Gates, Prof Hawkins, Noble Prize Winner, Sir Naipaul, Miss Universe, Ms. Sushmita Sen Other than featuring on the Who's Who of Chefs all over the world, he has also been awarded with the Presidents scout Award.

The Chefs will share some of their favourite recipes.

Cheese Kurkuri
From the wonderful Kitchens of ITC hotels, where master chefs concocted this awe inspiring snack which has gained tremendous popularity.

Sikampur kebab
A unique preparation from the Royal kitchen of Hyderabad, which literally translates into "Stomach Full". A blend of lamb and lentil imbued with whole spices and shaped into a patty.

Kham Khatai
A wholesome lentil patti mixed with different spices & pan-grilled. This kebab is an excellent vegetarian kebab balanced with proteins & Indian herbal flavours. Created by our Chefs.

Keema Ki Besan Pakodi
A great mutton mince dumblings with poppy seeds and different spices coated with besan & shallow fried. This is a century old Mughlai's snacks recreated in our kitchens.
