Accommodation
Discounted accommodation is being offered to Summit delegates at the hotels detailed below. You will be able to book your accommodation after the Registration Site opens on Monday January 8, 2007. Once you have completed your registration for the Summit you will receive an email confirming your registration. This email will contain the group booking code for each hotel. This code is to be inserted into the booking form for your chosen hotel. Download the booking form by clicking on the link below the hotel description, complete the form (including the booking code) and fax the form to the hotel.
PLEASE NOTE: Accommodation is to be booked by you direct with the hotel by using the booking form. Inserting the hotel name on the registration form does not constitute a reservation at that hotel.
Due to demand for accommodation in Lisbon at this time of year, your accommodation should be booked as soon after January 8 as possible.
