Co-Leader, Hospitality & Leisure Practice Jerry Noonan (Spencer Stuart)

Building upon 20 years of experience leading consumer companies, Jerry Noonan co-leads Spencer Stuart's Global Hospitality & Leisure Practise.  He is also a member of the firm's Board and CEO Succession Services Practise. Jerry leads searches at the board, Chief Executive Officer, general management and senior leadership levels for companies across the globe.  In addition, he manages the firm's Boston office.

Jerry is a four-time winner of Spencer Stuart's Lou Rieger Award for the quality of his work on behalf of the firm's clients.

Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jerry was the chief marketing officer at 1-800Flowers.com.  Before that, he held officer-level marketing and general management positions with Polaroid Corporation and Nabisco Biscuit Company. He began his career at PepsiCo, where he worked in marketing at both Frito-Lay and Pepsi-Cola Company.

Jerry received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and communications from Babson College and currently is a trustee of the college chairing the Governance Committee. He also is an advisory board member of Outward Bound USA and of the Boston Music Awards.
