President Charles Petruccelli (Global Travel Services American Express Company)

Charles Petruccelli is President, Global Travel Services at American Express.  He is responsible for the company's Business Travel and Foreign Exchange businesses world-wide.  He reports to Ken Chenault, Chairman and CEO, and is a member of the Business Operating Committee of the American Express Company. He also oversees the company's international network of Travel Service Office representatives and coordinates American Express Global Strategy with the Airline industry.

A graduate of France's HEC business school, Mr. Petruccelli has held several senior positions during his 33-year tenure with American Express.  He also serves as Non Executive Chairman of American Express Carte France and American Express Voyages d'Affaires-France.

Mr Petruccelli is Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur and Chevalier de L'Ordre du Mérite, recognitions bestowed to him by the French government for his support and leadership role in helping the development of the travel industry in France.  Mr Petruccelli is also founder and President of "Le Cercle," an association of French corporations and foreign multinational subsidiaries based in France. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the World Travel and Tourism Council, a forum for the global business leaders of the travel and tourism industry.
