President & CEO Zhang Guanghui (Beijing Capital International Airport)

Mr. Zhang Guanghui held many senior positions of Civil Aviation Administration of China, China Civil Airport Design Institute and China Airport Construction Corporation.

Mr. Zhang took the leading role in design projects for more than 30 airports in China, and participated in some airports construction management work. During his CAAC tenure, Mr. Zhang supervised major airport construction projects including Beijing Capital Int'l Airport and Shanghai Pudong Int'l Airport, and developed airport safety management regulations and standards.
